A Broker in North Carolina and West Virginia for more than a decade, Ashley began his real estate career working for an appraiser while earning a BA in Accounting from West Virginia. Since graduation, Ashley has gained experience and expertise through related fields: real estate development, construction and home renovation. Today, Ashley specializes in all aspects of real estate including residential, vacation homes, investments, commercial and new construction. Ashley is a proud member of the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. You might expect all of this experience and knowledge from someone who is nearing the end of their career while in fact Ashley is just getting started!

My business experience has given me the tools to excel in the marketing of homes and the process of matching buyers with their dream property. When buying a home, I will take the extra time to pre-qualify you, familiarize you with the area, and educate you on financing. If you plan to sell, I will have a home inspection done at my expense to minimize any surprises, I will analyze the market to help you price your home to get you where you need to be on time, I will use the internet and target marketing to promote extensively throughout the area and I will provide a “Home Book” to give potential buyers the information they need to make a serious offer. My “marketing plan” is targeted and innovative to get the results you need!

Creative marketing is the key to selling your home quickly and successfully.
